Gospel artist Job Madilonga’s new album, Makarapapa, is a heartfelt tribute inspired by his sister, Lebowani Madilonga, and the memory of Oleseng Shipping. Drawing strength from his faith, Job poured four years of heartfelt love and personal themes into writing songs that emphasize love for God and respect for one another.
This solo project reflects his dedication and resilience, capturing the essence of his experiences and beliefs – a beautifully inspirational album and certainly not one to miss out on.
Hailing from Tshikombani in Venda and currently residing in Evaton North, Job Madilonga is a passionate singer-songwriter. His journey began in church, where he first discovered his love for singing. In 1994, he formed a group that would set the stage for his solo career, which began in earnest in 2016. Since then, Job has released two albums and boasts an impressive selection of tracks.
He expresses gratitude to key contributors to his music, including Nelson Moloi, Paul Mabalo, and Musa, who have played an instrumental role in his artistic journey – check him out using the links below.
