SNAP CITY EP is a four-track project that captures the music, movement, and traditions of Washington, D.C.’s roller skating culture.
The project is created by Geese Da Goon and was made specifically for the skating floor. It takes inspiration from the strong connection between skaters, DJs, and the music that drives the culture. The EP blends elements of hip-hop, dance music, and regional club sounds, but it stands on its own as a dedicated soundtrack for the Snap City skating movement.
SNAP CITY EP includes four tracks: “DJ Prodigy Exclusive,” “Rearranged,” “Rolla México,” and “Let’s Ride.” Each song reflects the energy of skate sessions, local pride, and the culture that has shaped generations of skaters across the Washington, D.C. area.
One of the standout songs, “Rolla México,” was featured during the Rolla México event in April. This moment showed the growing reach of the project and its connection to roller skating communities outside the United States.
More than just a music release, SNAP CITY EP is both a celebration and a record of a cultural movement that many people outside the skating world may not know about. It highlights the spirit, history, and community behind the culture.

Fans of regional music scenes, roller skating culture, and independent music built from real community experiences may find something meaningful in this project.
