Chris Brown and Drake ‘No Guidance’ copyright lawsuit: R&B star Chris Brown and rapper Drake are facing a fresh copyright lawsuit over their 2019 hit No Guidance. Artists Tykeiya Dore and Marc Stephens have filed the suit, claiming the track infringes upon their 2016 song I Got It. This follows a similar copyright suit that was dropped two years ago.
The new lawsuit also names several songwriters and music publishers involved with No Guidance, alongside YouTube, Alphabet, and Google. The plaintiffs allege defamation against Stephens following a dispute over a YouTube takedown notice.

Additionally, Sony Music Entertainment’s RCA Records and multiple music publishers with stakes in the song are included in the suit.
