Mulholland Drive is a sonic exploration of ARSN’s experiences living in the iconic Mulholland Estates, around the corner from Big Sean and three houses down from Kendall Jenner. Speaking about the inspiration behind the EP, ARSN explains, “Mulholland Drive was inspired by real-life events when I was living in Mulholland Estates. Basically, it’s a fast-forward insight on what my life will sound and feel like when ‘I’m on’. I like to think of the project as a night-time drive in the back of a Rolls-Royce. Just an upper-echelon vibe of the music that I made prior to this project.”
