List Of Most Streamed Nigerian Songs Ever On Spotify: Popular music streaming platform, Spotify has released a list detailing the most streamed Nigerian songs ever on their app and the list reaffirms the reach and greatness of some of our favourite Afrobeats smash hits.
On the list of 10 songs, three artistes namely Wizkid, CKay and Burna Boy made recurring appearances with CKay leading the charge with 4 songs. The singer also tops the list with his global banger, Love Nwantiti at 537m streams while the remix holds the second position. Burna Boy’s On The Low holds the third position with 169m streams, and Peru comes next with 167m streams. Other songs on the list includes Wizkid’s Essence as well as Ckay’s Emiliana and Maleek Berry’s Kontrol.
Spotify expanded to Nigeria and 79 other countries in early 2021 and has since become one of the major streaming platforms in the country.
