January is here, which means it’s time to hit the gym—or in Apple’s case, transform your living room into a home gym!

Apple is seizing the New Year rush to get in shape with fresh features and workouts on its Apple Fitness+ service. New offerings include programs for progressive strength training, yoga, breath meditation, and even pickleball.

But the most exciting update for music lovers is the expansion of the ‘Artist Spotlight’ series, which will now include workouts set to tracks from Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Kendrick Lamar.

In addition, celebrities like Rita Ora and Daddy Yankee are lending their voices to the ‘Time to Walk’ series, providing a more relaxed way to stay active in 2025. And to top it off, Apple Fitness+ is teaming up with fitness-tracking app Strava to help users reach their fitness goals in the new year.
