After making waves with her debut “So Kind” which Record of the Day praised as “a confident and creatively assured debut from an artist with a clear vision,” Ula now strips things back for something more raw and personal.

Written and recorded in a Viennese basement alongside longtime collaborator Tim Burghaus, “In My Eyes” came together in just under two hours. Yet the track carries an emotional weight and sonic polish that feels timeless. Lush synth cascades, delicate vocal layers, and dreamy cinematic textures form the backdrop for Ula’s vulnerable performance, creating a listening experience that is both comforting and haunting.
