Proklaim is back, and this time he’s swinging for the fences with CREEPIN/FURTHER (2 IN 1) , released on July 17, 2025. It’s got that raw, head-nodding boom bap feel but with the smooth, addictive pulse of South African Amapiano running through it. The moment the beat drops, you can tell this isn’t your typical hip-hop track, especially with that unexpected Shaka Zulu sample that gives it a cultural edge and a sense of storytelling.

Recorded at Pen Pushaz Studios and brought to life through the precise mixing and mastering of Wojtek Majewski at Audio Art Namibia, the production strikes a perfect balance between clarity and energy. Proklaim’s verses are sharp, confident, and purposeful, gliding effortlessly over the beat. His delivery carries a certain weight, reflecting both his technical skill and his willingness to explore new creative ground.

Running just over four minutes, CREEPIN/FURTHER (2 IN 1) gives itself the space to breathe and build, allowing each instrumental and lyrical layer to shine. The boom bap foundation provides a gritty, nostalgic undertone, while the Amapiano elements inject a vibrant, modern pulse. This fusion not only showcases Proklaim’s versatility as both a rapper and a singer but also highlights his ability to craft music that transcends borders and genres.

What makes this track stand out is its fearless approach to experimentation. The Shaka Zulu sample is more than a stylistic choice; it is a cultural statement, a nod to African pride, and a bridge between tradition and contemporary artistry. The result is a listening experience that feels alive, dynamic, and deeply connected to its roots.

With its compelling rhythm, rich textures, and global appeal, CREEPIN/FURTHER (2 IN 1) is a reminder of why Proklaim remains one of Namibia’s most forward-thinking artists. For listeners seeking something fresh yet meaningful, this single offers an exciting blend of energy, creativity, and cultural depth. It is more than just music; it is a testament to how sound can unite people, spark curiosity, and push boundaries.
