She now unveils “In Another Life,” the first ballad from her debut album Paradise, set for release in January 2026. A sweeping love song filled with lush jazz harmonies, cinematic strings, and timeless soul, the track captures the spark of love at first sight, that instant, unshakable connection with someone who feels strangely familiar.
Written during a pivotal break from college, the song was born in a moment of creative surrender. One night, after looping Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson, Cybèle imagined Michael himself sitting beside her, not as a legend, but as a muse.
“It started as a love song to someone from another lifetime,” she says. “But it quickly became something deeper. It’s about being seen, soul to soul.”
