During a songwriting session with Shelly Poole and Paul Statham in London, DiElle felt a surge of creative energy as she reflected on her love of travel and songwriting. “I could write a whole album about travelling,” she recalls thinking on a train ride to Edinburgh. “The album starts before the journey begins and takes us through a transformation, reflecting on experiences of the heart and soul.”

From that moment, Atlas, began to take shape. The songs mirror DiElle’s own personal journeys, exploring themes of inner power, overcoming darkness, and embracing the beauty of life’s adventures. “I realized the stories were journeys of the heart and soul too,” she says, explaining how the album’s themes evolved as she continued to write throughout the year.

Recorded with producer Chris Wood between January and March 2025 at a rural studio in Hampshire, Atlas, is a collection of simple, yet profound songs. Each track is designed to be as impactful in a live performance as it is in the studio, reflecting DiElle’s ability to connect with audiences in intimate, powerful ways.

DiElle’s career has been steadily building momentum. In 2020, her band’s cover of “You’ve Got A Friend” was praised by James Taylor as “one of his favourites,” and in 2024, DiElle was featured on the acoustic stage at Wickham Festival. She has also topped the South Coast Music Chart and earned silver in the Fab Chart Music Awards USA for Best Female Artist. Her live shows have earned her a devoted following, with fans praising her ability to evoke deep emotion and create an atmosphere of connection and joy.
