Brighton-based band Holler is back with their latest single ‘DOUBT,’ a track that epitomizes their unique blend of indie, alternative, and shoegaze influences. Known for their rich instrumentation and emotive, melodic vocals, Holler continues to capture the attention of both fans and critics alike.

Produced by acclaimed producer Guy Page (known for his work with Coach Party), ‘DOUBT’ features the band’s signature style of reverb-soaked, whimsical, and irresistibly catchy guitar-led sound. The single starts with a surge of atmospheric sounds, distorted guitar tones, and dynamic rhythms, quickly building into an explosive sonic experience. As the track progresses, the lead vocals enter, delivering a hauntingly smooth and smoky performance that floats with melancholic ease through the verses.

The track crescendos into a vibrant, anthemic chorus, with a catchy vocal melody that stands out against the intense musical backdrop. The song concludes with a climactic, atmospheric instrumental that leaves listeners enveloped in a wash of ethereal reverb, making ‘DOUBT’ a memorable listen.

Having already opened for notable acts such as Swim School, Corella, Junodream, Coach Party, and Andrew Cushin, Holler has built significant hype and received acclaim from major publications like Clout, 1883, Music Crowns, C-Heads, and Clunk. Their music has not only landed on multiple Spotify Editorial playlists, including the cover of Fresh Finds UK & IE and Fresh Finds: Class of 2023, but has also gained recognition from BBC Introducing and secured a spot on Amazing Radio’s playlist.

With each release, Holler continues to solidify their status as one of the most exciting up-and-coming bands on the scene. ‘DOUBT’ is a testament to their growing prowess and a hint at the bright future that lies ahead for this Brighton riser. As they continue to evolve and refine their sound, Holler is undoubtedly a band to keep an eye on.

Speaking about the single, the band explain: “‘DOUBT’ was written about a close friend of mine, and their struggles around entering a new relationship, due to feeling trapped within their own thoughts, worries, and doubts. It can be hard to allow yourself to be fully vulnerable with someone, until you feel that you share complete trust with one another. This track tells that story and expresses my own feelings and advice.”
