Nashville trio Indigo Syndicate releases new summer jam “c e i l i n g s.” You can listen to the single on all digital streaming platforms HERE.
Indigo Syndicate returns with “c e i l i n g s,” a laid-back, jazz-influenced track that reveals a more vulnerable side of the group while still holding onto their unmistakable lyricism. From the very first lines, the song dives straight into questions of doubt and timing before easing into a hazy, reflective groove: “Detox, see straight / Dancing with my demons, YMCA / Doing Bebop, yeehaw, Kanye / While I’m waiting for a message then I’m on my way like…”
It strikes a perfect balance between vulnerability and personality. When the chorus lands, the energy shifts into something uplifting, almost like a lyrical pep talk: “Let me get back to my feelings / Rich flex, go on make a killing / I’ve been getting high, touching ceilings / And just working on me.”
Speaking on the track, Indigo Syndicate says, “‘c e i l i n g s’ is a song about perseverance. This track is meant to reassure listeners that they are not alone and motivate them to keep trying. We felt the timing of this song was especially important. During such an intense and uncertain time across the globe, it is meant to help anyone who needs it.”

Sonically, “c e i l i n g s” feels like the kind of song you can escape into. It features hypnotic production built for late-night drives and repeat listens with the windows down. One thing about Indigo Syndicate has always remained true: whatever they’re trying to say, they say it in a way only they can.
