Moneybagg Yo – Close the Door: Moneybagg Yo is back with “Close the Door”, a deeply personal track that reflects on the struggles and sacrifices behind his success. Over a somber beat, he delivers raw, introspective bars, rapping: “I done ran through bout 2 or 3 million and I spent it all on drank. They told me go hard or go home, I switched the rules and went hard in the paint.”

The official music video for “Close the Door” premiered today on BET Jams, BET Hip Hop, and lit up the Paramount Times Square billboards, adding another milestone to Bagg’s already impressive career.

This release follows the momentum of his 2024 album, SPEAK NOW, and its deluxe edition, SPEAK NOW OR…, which showcased his ability to blend Memphis grit with mainstream appeal. Spanning 29 tracks, the project featured everything from hometown homage (“BUSSIN” ft. Rob49) to unexpected collaborations, including “WHISKEY WHISKEY” with Morgan Wallen and “DRUNK OFF U” with Chris Brown. Guest appearances from Lil Durk, BossMan Dlow, GloRilla, and YTB Fatt further solidified the album’s impact, marking Moneybagg Yo’s 10th project to break into the Billboard 200’s Top 20.
