Southwest UK indie-poppers Haytor release their highly anticipated new single ‘All We’ll Ever Be’
Produced by the acclaimed Josiah J Manning, ‘All We’ll Ever Be’ captures a vibrant sense of joy through its bright melodies and driving sense of energy, reflected against the reflective, emotive vocal delivery from frontman Austin Robison. Delivering a vocal line that packs catchy hooks and emotional sincerity, the track is radiantly catchy and relatable whilst still retaining a radiant alternative edge through its guitar led instrumentation.
Speaking about the story behind the single’s lyrics, frontman Austin Robison shared, “All We’ll Ever Be is an ode to my grandad who sadly passed away shortly after the pandemic. It’s a heartfelt remembrance of a man who helped raise me and was always around, but it’s also a reflection on prominent grandparental and parental figures from our childhood. The writing of this song started with the lyrics and this joyful riff that we’d come up with, and we wanted the song to be full of life and energetic. We took it into the studio and our producer Josiah Manning helped us pull it together piece by piece.”
