After a landmark run that saw GIVĒON release his widely praised album ‘BELOVED’, sell out venues around the world on the ‘DEAR BELOVED’ tour, and further establish himself as one of modern R&B’s most defining voices, the eight-time GRAMMY-nominated artist is not slowing down just yet.
He now returns with ‘BELOVED ACT II’, the deluxe edition of his third studio album. Building on the original 14-track project, this new chapter adds five fresh songs, including the standout single ‘Jezebel’.
Where the standard version of ‘BELOVED’ stood intentionally on its own, without features, allowing GIVĒON’s storytelling to carry the entire emotional weight, ‘ACT II’ opens the door to collaboration. The project brings in a carefully selected group of artists, including Kehlani, Leon Thomas, Teddy Swims, and Sasha Keable.
Each guest adds a different shade to the record’s emotional palette. Kehlani joins GIVĒON on a tender, chemistry-filled duet rooted in romantic connection, while Leon Thomas delivers a reflective moment shaped by regret and inner conflict. Sasha Keable, who previously supported him on the European leg of the ‘DEAR BELOVED’ tour, also reconnects with him on ‘Replica’, adding another layer of familiarity and depth.
Across its expanded tracklist, ‘BELOVED ACT II’ feels like a natural continuation of the original project’s world. It leans even further into heartbreak, vulnerability, and emotional honesty, with GIVĒON once again using his voice and storytelling to sit right at the center of it all.
