The warm resonant piano and fiddle opener paves the way for simplistic production making space wide open for Williams’ endearing, easy-does-it vocal delivery. Texas-born and raised, Wynn Williams is known for his dedication to the craft and traditional country roots drawing comparisons to the honky-tonk style of Brooks & Dunn and the smooth charisma of George Strait. The former collegiate steer wrestler transitioned from the rodeo circuit to the country music stage in 2016 releasing his debut EP, WORDS FLY.
He followed with his self-titled album (2020) featuring fourteen tracks and a five-song LP (YOUR LOVE/released in 2023) showcasing his signature sound to garner recognition in publications such as Billboard, Country Now and Fort Worth Magazine.
