Drakes Beverly Hills Mansion Up For Sale: Rapper Drake is moving out of Beverly Hills after only one year of owning a luxurious 20-acre property in the 90210 area. According to TMZ, he is now selling the mansion for a whopping $88 million, only a year after buying it for $75 million. The Tuscan-style mansion was previously owned by British singer-songwriter Robbie Williams, who purchased the home from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano for $32.7 million in 2015.
The palatial grounds of the estate feature a 25,000-square-foot main house that has ten bedrooms and 22 bathrooms. The property also comes with an 11-car garage, a wine cellar, gym, a game room, screening room, and an elevator. Additionally, the outdoor grounds have amenities such as a tennis court, mosaic-tiled pool, and orchard.
While it is not clear why Drake has decided to sell this property, he still has other real estate holdings. He owns a 50,000-square-foot “Embassy” mansion in his hometown of Toronto that he built from the ground up.
In 2021, Drake sold his famed “YOLO Estate” in Hidden Hills for $12 million. He had purchased the Tudor-style house in 2012 for $7.7 million. He also sold a pair of neighboring homes to Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for $11 million.
Drake has become known for his extravagant and luxurious real estate holdings. He has shown a willingness to spend big to acquire properties that satisfy his taste and lifestyle, and this recent move seems to be no different. While it is unclear why he is selling the Beverly Hills property, fans of the rapper can continue to follow his real estate journey and see where he ends up next.
