After a prolonged period of quiet reinvention and artistic refinement, Creoloin finally steps into focus with ‘Twisted Puppet’, a debut that feels less like a standard introduction and more like an emotional unmasking. Serving as the centrepiece of her broader concept The Twisted Puppet Experience – Three States of Awareness, the release immediately signals an ambitious creative vision built around perspective, psychology, and transformation.
At the heart of ‘Twisted Puppet’ lies a deeply personal emotional origin, shaped by the strain of a restrictive relationship in late 2025. That experience subtly informs the tone of the record, surfacing through its tension, restraint, and uneasy stillness. The original version presents this world in its most stripped back form, leaning into a dark pop atmosphere where minimal production and lingering space create a sense of emotional suspension. It captures the feeling of awareness existing within confinement, where clarity is present but still held back by unseen pressure.
What sets the project apart is its expansion into two additional reinterpretations, each offering a different emotional lens on the same core idea.
The Trance Version pushes the concept into a more hypnotic and unsettled space, stretching the original emotional tension into something looping and introspective. It feels like a mind attempting to break free, circling the desire for release without fully arriving there, existing in a state of continuous motion and unresolved thought.

The House Version shifts the energy entirely, transforming internal conflict into rhythm and movement. Here, the narrative becomes more physical and expressive, channelling defiance through pulse and momentum. While the emotional weight is still present, it is carried differently, shaped into something that feels more outwardly freeing, even if remnants of control remain embedded within it.
Across all three versions, ‘Twisted Puppet’ reflects a layered exploration of autonomy and self perception, each interpretation revealing a different stage of emotional awareness.
Behind the project is Creoloin herself, an artist whose name speaks to creation and self definition. After stepping away from earlier work that no longer aligned with her identity, she returns with a more focused and intentional artistic direction. This debut stands as the result of that process, a carefully stripped back reconstruction of sound and self, where clarity is earned rather than assumed, and authenticity sits at the centre of everything.
