Spencer Crandall Wraps 2022 Leg Of The Western Tour

Dynamic independent Country artist Spencer Crandall closed out his 2022 leg of the 26-stop Western Tour this past Saturday, Dec. 10. The high-energy live show has already surpassed 10K ticket sales across its 26 stops, prompting nine sellouts in major markets such as LA, NYC, Nashville, Dallas and more.

Known for his “contagious energy and charming appeal” (CMT), Crandall is adored by fans for his chart-topping love songs like “My Person” and “Made,” and went on to leave his mark city to city, where he invited fans on stage for nine once-in-a-lifetime proposals. Catch a recap of Crandall’s most recent sell-out show in New York City here.

“The Western Tour has been the best touring experience of my life,” shares Crandall. “This has been my dream tour. The fact that this many people showed up and sang the songs as loud as they did, is absolutely surreal. I’m incredibly humbled and inspired by this tour and I can’t wait to book more shows for 2023.”

Crandall kicked off his banner year with a national television debut during Super Bowl XVI for a partnership with RAM Trucks. The genre-defying artist then joined Country mainstay, Lauren Alaina, for her TOP OF THE WORLD Tour before going on to notch his second SiriusXM The Highway No.1 song with “Made.” The summer was packed with new music from Crandall ahead of his highly anticipated fourth studio album, Western, which arrived in October.

The carefully-crafted project has already garnered over 40M streams with mega-viral hits like “Made,” “Didn’t Do” and “Girls Like You,” garnering Nashville billboard looks from Spotify and YouTube. Western – which Forbes notes Crandall “leaves a mark on the listener” – follows the hero’s unapologetically honest journey to a life well lived.

Capturing the whole arc of a modern American coming-of-age story in six chapters within the album, Scorpion, Mustang, Revolver, Pickaxe, Desert and Gold, Western poses big questions and explores deeply personal themes such as addiction, therapy, the struggle for balance and a healthy sense of self.

This year also saw Crandall stepping into the coveted circle at the Grand Ole Opry for his Opry debut to a roaring standing ovation. As the up-and-comer “on the cusp on country stardom” (People) works toward his ultimate goal of playing a stadium, the 2023 leg of the Western Tour will resume in January before stopping in Crandall’s hometown of Denver, Co. on Feb. 10 and concluding in Lawrenceburg, Kan. on Feb. 11. With a rapidly growing fan base over 3M strong and a quarter of a million streams under his belt, 2023 is expected to be his biggest yet.

ABOUT SPENCER CRANDALL:

Unfiltered. Unconventional. And above all, unapologetic. Those are the defining traits of a whole new generation of Country stars – and Spencer Crandall is one of them. As one of Country’s most progressive new talents, self-made and as dynamic as they come, Crandall has no time to say “sorry” for his raw, soul-baring stories. Driven toward greatness, he’s got no remorse for his big dreams and pulls no punches with his ever-evolving sound.

The Nashville-based artist has spent years combining pop’s untamed energy with the confessional lyricism of Country, opening up territory no one before him even knew existed – and with his ambitious new 20-track album, Western, the frontier expands again.

Growing up in Denver with a tight-knit family, the creative powerhouse was taught hard work and dedication and learned his lessons well – even playing football in college. But when injuries ended his career, the standout athlete was officially out of his comfort zone.

Fully embracing his natural, genre-defying instincts, with ultra-smooth vocals, deeply-personal themes and hot-blooded performances, Crandall now counts 1.2M monthly Spotify listeners, 250M total career streams, more than 2.5M followers on TikTok, and fan engagement so off the charts it drives sold-out shows around the nation.

He released three albums before Western, made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2022, and continues pushing toward the ultimate goal of a sold-out stadium performance – Western is just the next step.
