Highly acclaimed South London artist Jessica Wilde makes a triumphant return with her latest soulful and thought-provoking single, “FADE,” setting the stage for her eagerly awaited new album set to drop this summer.

“FADE” delves into the ‘Art of letting go,’ serving as the newest chapter in Wilde’s journey of healing and self-discovery. Her 2022 debut album chronicled her evolution from tumultuous experiences of partying, escapism, addiction, and toxic relationships to a path of self-healing, empowerment, self-love, and sobriety. Garnering acclaim from esteemed publications like Clash, Complex, Wonderland, The Independent, and airplay on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, and BBC Radio London, her debut album laid the groundwork for her latest masterpiece, “FADE.”

Wilde co-wrote “FADE” with the multi-platinum selling writer James Newman, known for his work on Rudimental’s Brit award-winning song “Waiting All Night” and Ed Sheeran’s “Lay Me Down.” Following the success of her recent singles, including “Freak Out,” “Feathers” with Zoe Kypri, and “Love Like This” with Josh Barry, “FADE” promises to captivate listeners with its smooth yet soaring melodies and finely crafted production.

Beyond her musical endeavors, Wilde’s “PxSSY PWR” platform stands as a beacon for supporting female, non-binary, and queer artists in the music industry. Through residencies at venues like Hootananny Brixton and collaborations with artists such as Etta Bond, IYAMAH, Zoe Kypri, and Tamaraebi, “PxSSY PWR” has emerged as a vital space for showcasing underground talent.

Fronted by Wilde’s bold alter ego, ‘ya gurl Charlene,’ “PxSSY PWR” extends its influence through a radio show, a clothing line in collaboration with FAME Magazine, and an upcoming takeover of the Noirorganics stage at Secret Garden Party Festival this summer.

With “FADE,” Jessica Wilde reaffirms her ability to craft socially relevant and emotionally resonant tracks, marking an exciting chapter in her illustrious career. As she continues to merge her personal journey with her musical achievements, Wilde embarks on a new era filled with promise and creativity.

Through Wilde’s healing journey she has accepted that everything is constantly changing and the more we cling to people who are no longer good for us, the more we hurt ourselves. “When we truly let go, life opens doors for new people and possibilities to come in exceeding our expectations. It hurts, but letting go is an act of self-love and value”, she explains.
