ECHLO (aka Chloe Charles), from Toranto, Canada, started her musical journey in 2010, where she began releasing a series of jazz and folk-infused albums and EPs. Fast forward to 2022, ECHLO has a new, sophisticated dark pop single, “Soul Savant” dropping June 24, 2022. It’s the follow-up to her very well received, “Puppeteer” single from her forthcoming album I Was I.
ECHLO says, ‘”Soul Savant” is about the other worldly kismet when you meet someone who unconsciously understand the needs of your soul, whose DNA knows yours and the journey that follows from this.”
Inspired by such artists as Sade and Massive Attack, ECHLO combines electronic sounds and live percussion to create a soulful sound she can call her own.
Her single, “Beautifully Cruel”, co-written by Gregory Darling, was featured in the very successful Netflix show Elite.
ECHLO is currently working on videos for “Soul Savant”. “Soul Savant” was produced by Neil Whitford at Revolution Recording, Canterbury Music, Toronto.ECHLO is managed by Vicky Hamilton, Dark Spark Music.
